Recording video calls in messenger
I am trying to record video calls made via messenger using these steps. However, the audio is not captured even when I turn on the mic. What can be done on this? Thanks!

We understand you're trying to capture a screen recording, while you're on a video call, with the audio of that call, is that right?
Do you hear your own voice when the mic is enabled? Or neither you nor the other caller can be heard? If you record the screen with the mic on while you're not on a call, is your voice captured?
Keep in mind that some apps do not allow audio to be recorded when screen recording, per the article you came from: Record the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
