Issue with MacBook Air Display on App Store "Updates" Tab!

I went to finally software update my 2015 MacBook Air, but every time I click the "Updates" tab in the App Store, it looks like this (only text and small images, Apple formatting is gone). I tried restarting the app and my whole computer and it did not fix it.

Is it something to ignore until it fixes itself or is it a sign of something else? Should I wait to click the updates? Thanks :)

Yes you an. As for what does this mean - end of life in the wy of updates for the OS. Only updates that will appear are for Apps that Hih=gh Sierra supports. Example - Apple Pages, Number and Keynote are now on version 11 whereas for High Sierra we are way behind and an not update to version 11 - Not Compatible.
