I can't see FILE tab within audio edit window

Hi I'm trying to edit some drum tracks and im looking for the "transient edit mode" within audio edit window but my logic it's not showing FILE..... it shows TRACK and SMART TEMPO

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15

So, my guess would be you also need to enable Audio...
