So when I reload it, It says the content is restricted.

Yes, that would indicate that someone had reported the “Selfie spam”. I report dozens of those ridiculous selfie spam posts daily, and the hosts are very quick to get rid of them.
I (and many other users here) report selfies as soon as we see them. This is a technical support forum, not a chat or social media site. It's also one of, if not the busiest forum in the world. In other words, it already gets thousands of hits and posts an hour. The last thing Apple needs is users filling the servers with non-technical posts on top of the already high volume of traffic.

Ah! Yes, the gamification of a forum with useless badges. I pay so little attention to those (or points) I had essentially forgotten them.
