subscriptions

i purchased two weekly subscriptions a few years ago on an old apple id, i still get these subscriptions being taken out of my account every week. i have tried to log into my old apple id but it sends a code to an old phone i don’t have access to, so therefore i can’t log in. please help i need to cancel it, i’ve lost thousands of pounds to this
