Delete and recover my pictures

My phone is full storage then i have something to download app to my phone then i delete some pictures then ofcourse it still stayed at my “recently deleted” then later on i want to get back of my pictures so i recovered all the selected pictures, then i’m waiting to recover but it didn’t get back all of my pictures that i selected to recover to my photos. So my question is how to get back all of my pictures
