How can I request a refund for an unauthorized purchase?

I just received an authorized debit of N940 from Apple.com/bill with no recognizable description. I am certain I did not make any such subscription and sadly, this isn’t the first occurrence. I demand an instant refund!! and request that this issue is addressed immediately!!
