My airdrop keeps automatically going onto ‘receiving off’ after I’ve just clicked either ‘contacts only’ or ‘everyone’. I’ve already tried restarting my iPhone and turning wifi and Bluetooth off. I’m wondering whether the latest update has anything to do with it. Thanks!

It appears that your AirDrop setting keeps automatically changing to off after you've selected either Contacts Only to Everyone. You've taken some great steps with your iPhone 11 already. You'll want to make sure that the Personal Hotspot of your iPhone 11 is turned off. Also, does this happen in the Control Center and in Settings > General > AirDrop or only one of those ways?
