If want to import contacts from android to iPhone, first you will have to export your contacts in your android to your associated gmail account then add your this gmail account to your iPhone from setting.
Although your Import Contacts option is not appearing in setting of Contact, importing contacts may be done by going to account section in contacts setting and manage there.
Add you gmail account as
first go to settings >contacts > accounts > add account
there you go.
and then again come back to contact menu so Import Contacts option may appear, try if it works.
Settings, contacts
