Watch is fully charged yet face is black. If i hold down on the stylus long enough the red lightening bolt and the time show up in the upper right corner. I cannot power down the watch by holding in the side button. Any ideas?

It sounds like your watch is in Power Reserve mode. See the 'Use Power Reserve' section in:
