It won't show any recovery screen or anything.

How do I fix my iPhone if it has been frozen after trying to hard reset. And then I tried to use iTunes to fix it and it did not work...

The operative word is QUICKLY. Press and release volume up as fast as you can. THEN Press and release volume down as fast as you can. THEN hold the SIDE Button for 15 to 30 seconds without releasing it.

I tried the "iPhone 8 and later: Press and release the Volume up button. Press and release the Volume down button. Press and hold the Side button. Keep holding the Side button until you see the recovery-mode screen." But it did nothing it remained the same with the phone on the reset screen with the apple logo.
