I am not getting notification just while I’m in an activity. I have checked my settings in “my watch”, “notifications”, “activity” and it says “allow notifications”. But while I am in the middle of an activity I don’t get the buzz or the visual.

I am using watchOS 7.4 but this has been an ongoing issue since at least 7.3. When I am texting someone I get an alert on my watch that a new message has come in even though I’m already messaging that person. Whenever I do not have messages pulled up I get no alert from my watch at all. Messages aren’t being marked as read on my watch either. So I get an alert while I’m texting that exact same person not once but also a reminder alert but when I am not in messages I get no alert. I’ve unpaired and restored my watch numerous times and haven’t had any luck at all getting this straightened out.
