My iPhone 6s gets a time out error and won't update from 13.7. We have used up all of our bandwidth for April and we are only halfway through the month. Where can I take my phone to update to 14.4.1?

Just an follow-up on my problem regarding updating my phone. My phone had an issue that needed to be fixed before it would update. I was then able to update my phone. Problem solved.
