Doesn’t let me log on to discord.

Whenever I try to log in to my discord account I’ve had for a couple of months it doesn’t let me it takes me to that and whenever I put my discord info/password and I click done it refreshes and doesn’t let me log in please help I have very important stuff on there 😩

What happens when you choose one of the two methods to verify your account?
