startup disk problem

im having a problem on my startup disk_first it shows the question mark then i reset it this is the one showed now,i did put my computer password but still doing the same

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

That screen means a firmware password has been activated and the password may be different than your user account password. Unfortunately if you don't know the password, then you will need to take the computer to an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider along with proper proof of purchase so Apple can disable the firmware lock for you. I highly recommend contacting the Apple Store or AASP before going there to make sure you have the proper paper work for proof of purchase and an acceptable form of personal ID.
