"my chevrolet" app
the "My Chevrolet" app won't work but will work on my wife's phone. both are iphone 7+
i had access before on my old truck but when trying to reactivate it on the new truck it won't work.

I do not know the My Chervolet app, but I would read about the setup in the car's user manual. Your new car may have a new system that needs to be set up differently from the old one.
If the connection between your car and your iPhones works via Bluetooth, look in the car's settings under bluetooth, or connections. Your phone may need to be paired with the car infotainment system before the app and phone can communicate with each other.

I'll give that a shot as well. the strange thing is i have a "my cadillac" app that was working on my cadillac and for some reason my chevrolet shows up on it now not the cadillac.... wow electronics is strange!!!!!
