My microphone has to be set everyday by resetting network. Why?

What do I do to keep my microphone set. Every night it goes out and I have to reset network to get it to work again

Hello Lisacoyle60,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, your microphone isn't working normally and you have to Reset All Network Settings in order to restore it again. We'll do our best to assist.

First, we'd recommend turning off Bluetooth. You can do this in Settings > Bluetooth and toggle it to off. Then test it out.

Should it persist, then we'd confirm all steps in: If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working have been taken.

If app specific, contact the developer of the app: How to contact an app developer

If not app specific and not related to Bluetooth, then you'd want to bring in the iPhone for an inspection. This can help to prepare you for the appointment: Get your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch ready for service Select your region here and search nearby for locations: Find Locations

Hoping this gets you moving in the right direction, take care!
