Can I upgrade my Macbook pro 13 inch, 2017 non touch bar memory?

I purchased this mac for almost 2 and a half year now. But, seeing all my work load I think my laptop can't handle much anymore. I want to upgrade it to 16GB for the obvious reason. I am from India and I am not sure where should take this issue to resolve it!
