Can I reinstall 11.2.3?

Hi, can I reinstall 11.2.3 on top of my currently installed 11.2.3, and would I lose any of the 3rd party app's, etc...? I have the 11.2.3 installation file.

Just wondering if this is possible.

You run the updater for your specific OS version, or the full installer in the Mac App Store.
