Hi minhnpq,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are unable to log in to your MDM profile on your iPhone due to the error message "Unauthorized to access this application or managed device failure".

It sounds like your new iPhone needs to be set up with the MDM profile that was removed from your old iPhone. When you delete a profile, all of the settings and data associated with the profile is removed. The IT team at your school or workplace may need to assist with getting this installed. Check out the following articles that might help you and your IT team.
