I cannot receive email on my icloud
What should i do if my i cannot receive emails? I did a lot if things and instructions but it didn’t work .

Usually just go to Settings, (your name), iCloud then turn off Mail, wait a few minutes, then turn Mail back on

What happens if you access your mail in the normal way with the Mail app?
If you are signed into your Apple ID on the phone and Mail is turned on in your iCloud settings it should populate with your iCloud Mail.
Same here since a few months no access to Mail trough iCloud.com. When clicking on mail app it gives an empty window on my Mac . Using another server and logging in iCloud on my iPhone the envelope app is missing. Been online with Apple they send me to the provider. The provider sends me back to Apple. Wondering who is finally going to help me out.

Do you see the iCloud picture. On my iPhone the envelope doesn't show up. This one is taken from my iPad
It is on, I did check everything, changed my password, checked the settings. Did spend a half day with Apple support checking everything out. No result.
