How do you report a song for copyright Infringement?

I found an album in itunes that has serious plagiarism I recently discovered an app called shazam that can identify songs so I wanted to test it. I played a song called "Innumerable eyes" by Demetori(an Independent band, to see how good the app is) but it keeps giving me the wrong result which is "Tarzane Majstore" by Dejan Djurkovic Englez, I thought they must be very similar so I listened to Tarzane Majstore and here is the thing: The entire song's background instrumental play is a COPY of Demetori's "Innumerable eyes" and It's not just similar but a complete copy of the original song! The original album by Demetori was released on 2009, this one is released in 2013 so it's obvious that who's plagiarizing. How do I let apple know and remove it?

How to report a song wrongfully uploaded under an artist? I was browsing the band Japan’s discography and noticed that they had a recent single—strange considering they disbanded for good decades ago. Listening to the single, “Freestyle”, it had no resemblance to the band’s other works nor did it sound like any of the original members had collaborated on it. Looking elsewhere, I found no evidence that the single was related to the original band, leading me to believe it was fraudulently uploaded under their name. Although I cannot think of any previous examples of this happening at the moment, I am almost certain I have seen it happen with other artists. I don’t know if Apple’s background checking is not sufficient or it was just a simple mistake, but something is definitely wrong here.

Fraudulent selling of my song Years ago I signed an agreement to place my song on a compilation CD and I was to earn royalties. The company has disappeared and I cannot find them. But my song is for sale on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify etc under their compilation and I've received no money. Since I can't find the company anymore, who can I contact to get my song removed from the compilation and/or ensure this company is not earning royalties for my song? Thanks for your help.

If you are the party whose intellectual property is being misused, use the procedure in here:

Apple - Legal - iTunes Content Dispute

If you are another interested party, contact the party whose IP is being misused so they can handle it.
