I’m often using FaceTime to call my boyfriend however sometimes it will just suddenly end for no reason, no poor connection, reconnecting or anything like that. It just ends. Is there a reason for this because it’s rather annoying?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like your FaceTime calls are disconnecting. It can be difficult to troubleshoot this type of issue because it may be on your end, or on your boyfriends. Do your FaceTime calls disconnect when you are calling anyone else? Do you have any issues with your Wi-Fi or cellular connection? Does it always happen after a certain period of time or when you are in a certain location?
