Dark Mode for Windows 10 Client

Hello!

I have come to the forums for help on putting my itunes into dark mode for Windows 10. I have tried swapping my default app settings to "dark" but it does not change anything.

Does anyone know how to change this? I am able to do it easily on my Mac.

iTunes for Windows doesn't have a dark mode.
