Hi, I updated the software but the info is showing mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G14042)(find the attachment below) and I have attached the incompatible view of the updates tab in App store. Could rectify please.

That view is what 10.13.6 & less are experiencing, but it still works, I doubt Apple will fix it for unsupported OS versions.
