I would like to buy new macbook pro. on behalf of my company. and we have tax exemption. how do it get it?

In the US, Sales Tax Exemption is supposed to be only for goods you intend to re-sell. It is not appropriate to use it to dodge the Sales Tax for goods you intend to use in your business. You should discuss this issue and expensing versus depreciation of Capital Goods with your Tax Advisor before you begin.
