Do I have an Viki Pass account with Apple because I am being billed for it on 2 separate accounts

I paid for a NYT Cooking subscription through apple with my apple id but NYT Cooking doesn't show my subscription. I show a paid subscription for NYT Cooking but NYT Cooking doesn't show it. My cc was charged by Apple for the subscription. How can I get this resolved? NYT Cooking keeps telling me to login using my apple ID - and I am. they are sending me to apple to get it fixed?

Apple ID - If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement.
