I am trying to update my ipad-2 through Itubes ( the latest version ) but unfortunately, could not
The Ipad serial is: DN*******KNY
The current version is: 9.3.5 (13G36)
Kindly please provide me a support for either online ( WIFI ) update ( Preferred ) through a link or through the I tunes.

Your iPad is too old.
A 2011 iPad 2 is now 10-years old.
It cannot be upgraded/updated anymore.
Time to seriously consider a new iPad model OR a much, MUCH “newer” and less expensive, refurbished or used iPad models, from better known, trusted Apple product/device retailers/resellers, locally or on the Web/Internet, capable of running the latest iPadOS versions.
There are PLENTY of newer, older iPad models that can run the latest, current versions of iPadOS.

That's the highest most iPad2s can run. Some can update to 9.3.6 but that's it.
