how to request refund for app not purchased by you suspected someone else did it without your permission

i just discovered that someone use my iphone and laptop to purchase a subscription without my permission and i didnt know who as i send my items for repair.


please advice as i wish to have refund and that is the reason i stop all payments to unknown subscriptions

Note:

• "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then.

• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

• If you don’t cancel trials more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.

• If you don't have an Apple device, see the options near the very bottom of the support document

If you still can't find a subscription, contact Apple Support using the link at the end of the support article.

Realize Apple's terms of purchase for most countries are effectively, "All Transactions are final" (check terms at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html ). Apple does refund on a case by case basis, but they can also refuse.

How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Don't see the subscription that you're looking for?
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.


Below is an example of how to cancel it with an image.
