What to do: Expired certificates

The problem started with my inability to view and make app updates on App Store. I learned that I should go to keychain access to tweak some certs. And there lo and behold: i have 4 expired certificates.

I have been looking for answers everywhere. What I know thus far is that there is no hope of renewing certs if they are already expired. I even tried renewing it normally, but no option for “certificates” showed on developer.apple.com.

Now, my Safari won’t work on hotspot (but will work if on Wifi). And I could not update my apps when i cant even see the apps that needs updating.

Please. I need my laptop and there has yet to be a solid answer to this on forums. I would greatly appreciate help and responses. Thank you.
