how to uninstall safari

i have MacBook Pro and lately I'm unable to open the links on the Safari. How do I uninstall the safari and then install the latest version of safari

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

You can't uninstall Safari.


Do a backup, preferable 2 separate ones on 2 drives. Boot to the Recovery Volume (command - R on a restart). Run Disk Utility and select First Aid. Then re-install the OS.


Reinstall from macOS Recovery.    


OS X Recovery.
