Best Cleaning Utility
MacOS Big Sur 11.2.3 - I am currently using Norton 360 as my Virus protection and disk cleaner. Any recommendations on a better option? My Mac is not responding to Norton very well. Suggestions appreciated.

If you have malware you can check using MalwareBytes as suggested by Neil. You do not need to run an antivirus or other third party app. They use system resources while providing no benefit. And they may cause problems. They interfere with your Mac's built in protections.
