How can I know if my AirPods replacement is original?

hello I got a used (left bud) airpod pro replacement online, from a non Apple shop, and it was sold as an original. How can I ascertain if that piece is truly original?

I’ll appreciate a response soon.

Click on this link to discover how to 'Find the serial number of your AirPods' --> https://support.apple.com/HT209371

Enter the serial number in this link --> Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support - https://checkcoverage.apple.com/

Does it find them? If yes then at least the serial number is real, but I guess a good fake pair would use a real serial number. The only real way to tell is to only buy them from an Apple authorized retailer. --> https://locate.apple.com/
