Screen stuck on the "support.apple.com/iphone/restore" page

My screen is stuck on the support.apple.com/iphone/restore page, what am I supposed to do?

It literally gives you step by step to try. Try the steps in the first section called “Restart your device“ and if that doesn’t work move to the steps in the next section called “Reinstall iOS or iPadOS“
