icloud says it is full even though I have available storage. Why?? If I open my icloud drive in finder it says my icloud storage is full. When I go to system settings, Apple ID and look at my plan, I see my 2TB icould+ plan with plenty of room left.

Is the iCloud storage full or the Mac storage full?
