DTrace panics kernel on M1 Mac (11.2.3)

Keep on getting kernel panic when performing several DTrace-based tasks, e.g. opensnoop. The exact same commands do not panic on my Intel Mac, which is also on Big Sur. Have to note that this is not something new; I have experienced this for a few months now, over different versions of Big Sur.

Typical crash report:

Issue solved after installing macOS 11.3. I can run opensnoop, dtruss, execsnoop now without any panics.
