Here is the deal. Some programs can only be run as admin. on w-10. iTunes the Microsoft app version can not be run as admin. Does anyone know the fix for this. Because it can not be opened in admin I cant use it with other programs.

You could remove the Microsoft Store version of iTunes and then install iTunes using the conventional installer.
