Error Fetch Data

This happens from time to time. I’m trying to send a video via messenger and it keeps telling me “Error to fetch video data.” I have no idea why. I’ve read forums and discussions and I have yet to see an answer. My internet connection is fine. I’ve re-booted my phone. Some videos I can send perfectly fine and some videos I get those error messages. Anyone have any actual answers or suggestions? Thanks in advance.
