My watch won’t update because of memory but I don’t have anything I can delete. No music or photos, any suggestions before I go into the store?

I have the same issue so every time there’s an update I have to unpair then pair. It’s infuriating and a waste of valuable time. It’s become high maintenance and not worth it.
Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.
Then Re-pair your Apple Watch again,this usually frees up
enough storage space to update your watch.And without any loss of data.

i have a similar issue, i dont think there is a fix
your watch just Will Not update further
I unpaired my watch and tried to re-pair but iPhone says update is required. After waiting over an hour for update to download, nothing happens. Cannot reinstall without update. Very frustrating.
