How to find 32 bit apps on iMac running High Sierra

We have a late 2015 iMac running High Sierra and would like to upgrade to Big Sur. Can someone point me to information on how to identify our current 32 bit apps so we know what will and won't work on our iMac once we upgraded to Big Sur?
