everytime i want to download something my macbook it says that the password isn’t right although i know it’s the correct password thank you please i want to download some apps

You are being asked for your Apple ID password. This is hopefully different than your Mac login password.

Apple ID password I presume .... you can check the option to save the credentials for free app so you don't need to put credentials every time
