Disabling App Library
Is there a way to turn off the App Library? I have seen things that say” go to the Home Screen area and press disable App Library” but I do not have that button in my Home Screen tab or anywhere else in settings...

There is no way to disable the app library. However, it is easy to ignore because it is the last page of your Home screen, one screen beyond the last page you created.
