Hi everyone,
My old iPod is not being recognised by iTunes - have done some research and even after carrying out steps as suggested - no luck.
Running Mojave 10.14.6 - is this the issue ?
Mac mini, macOS 10.14
Thanks - guess what I just tried as I was seeing your response.
Found a bunch of old cables and after trying the last one.....it worked.
Something as simple as that.

Thank you for keeping us posted. Have you also had the chance to try a different cable when attempting to sync your iPod nano to your Mac or a different computer?
Have you had the chance to make sure that the port on your iPod nano is free of any dirt or debris?

Thanks - yes, have carried out all the steps and the iPod is still not showing any where on my mac or in iTunes.
Have tried the iPod on another computer - without any luck.
