Not charging properly

Macbook 13" late 2015 retina

I Just have run into an issue where my computer wont charge consistently. The charger goes on and off repeatedly (ive noticed specially when i interact with the computer it gets worse). I have reset SMC and NVRAM however neither seemed to help. about 3 weeks ago I did have an issue where the magsafe charger sparked when I tried top plug it in however it didnt seem to effect it at the time and no other major events have happened since. I have tested it with multiple power adapters and the issue is universal. Any help would be appreciated.
