If you are using iCloud Messages, no. (Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Messages)
If you’re not using iCloud for Messages, and if you have a backup prior to the deletion, and if you are willing to revert your entire iPhone contents to that of your iPhone prior to the deletion by restoring that backup, maybe.
