Sending a iPad in repair for a dead spot

When I get the chance to send my iPad with dead spots and y’all fix them will it lose its data/memory

Before sending your iPad for repair, if you don’t already do so, you should ensure that you have either a recent iCloud or iTunes backup:

Any servicing or repair will very likely result in the device being totally wiped. Your device may even be substituted for a reconditioned device of the same model and specification.
