How can I get a refund?

Hello.

In the game "World of tanks blitz" I purchased a game coupon through the iTunes store. Funds in the amount of 1990 tenge (Kazakhstan) were debited from my VISA. But Wargaming replied that they did not receive payment. The problem is that the iTunes store did not pay at Wargaming, and thus I did not receive what I planned to buy from them, and this money was debited from my card. I would like to ask you to return my money spent. Below I attach screenshots of my payment.
