App store
I just got this iPad it’s the iPad 5th gen and the apple App Store won’t show up on my iPad and I have no way of downloading it and I have rest it multiple times to see if that fixed it and it didn’t so I need help.

Check:
Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Itunes&AppStore Purchases... the first 3 options should be set to "Allow". When done, restart your iPad.
