Performance is slower than expected.

So, I am using a 2019 16" Macbook Pro, and whenever I connect my Wacom Cintq or an external 4K monitor, the Macbook just starts lagging really bad, I tried using the Wacom on an old windows laptop with half the specs of the Macbook and it was working just fine, without any lag, so I am sure it's not a Wacom problem.

Specs of the Macbook:

i9 - 8-core 2.3 GHz

16 GB ram

1 TB SSD

AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB

Can somehow tell me why this machine is acting this way, and how can I fix it?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 11.2

If this doesn’t help:

Download EtreCheck, run it to see if there is any adware installed or not.

      https://etrecheck.com

      Click  “Free download” button,

Open Downloads folder, click on it to open, and then select ”Open”.

“Choose a problem” from the popup menu box, and then “Start EtreCheck” in the dialog.

Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy report” .

Paste the report when you reply.

Note: This is a diagnostic test.
