Why I don’t have an option to turn off two factor authentication?

2 Factor authentication can not be disabled if you turned it on more than 2 weeks ago or turned it on when you created your Apple ID.
As to "why", the only answer we can give is "because Apple said so".
I don’t believe you. Your response was very Generic. Apple would have answered my question much more professional
